For Hong Kong customers, we will ship the product by Hong Kong Post Local Mail, or self-pick at SF Express. For overseas customers, we will ship the product by Registered Air Mail with tracking number by Hong Kong Post

We ship our orders using Hong Kong Post. This means that when Hong Kong Post collect the shipments from us here in the HK, they are then taken down to Hong Kong Air Mail Center to be sorted and passed on to the destination country's postal service. When tracking your order, you are able to do it through the Hong Kong Post website or your domestic Postal services website. The links to which can be found below but if your country is not listed then this means that your country does not accommodate the 'Tracked & Signed' service. Your country will accept Hong Kong Post's 'International Signed' service which is not trackable until the package has been signed for.

Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 7 days from receipt of the goods. If the allowed time has gone by since you received your order and you have not been in contact with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us through email if you require assistance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Some watch straps come with tags attached to them, they are required to be still attached to the strap in order for us to accept the item through returns. If the packaging/tags are missing or damaged then we will not issue any refunds and will either return the goods to you or issue a store credit.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts, for reasons not due to our error.Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Returned sale items remain the same value as when purchased. You cannot return a sale item to be refunded for the the full RRP.

We will happily process a product exchange for your order as we know errors can sometimes be made when placing an order for watch straps. Please contact us by email to begin the exchange process.
