Track Your Order

You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel has been handed to the carrier in Hong Kong. How you track it depends on where it is going.

United States

US orders leave Hong Kong with our parcel partner Fuffy. The last stretch to your address is by USPS.

Use the tracking number we send you. It will first show the Hong Kong handoff, then USPS once the parcel is in the American network. Typical transit after dispatch is about 7–14 working days.

Hong Kong

Local orders go by Hong Kong Post Local Mail, or you can collect at SF Express if that is what we arranged. Tracking, if issued, will be in your dispatch email.

Europe and the rest of the world

These orders go by Hong Kong Post Registered Air Mail.

Hong Kong Post collects the parcel here, sorts it at the Hong Kong Air Mail Centre, then hands it to your country’s postal service. You can track it on the Hong Kong Post site and, once it has entered your country, often on your local post site as well.

Typical transit to Europe after dispatch is about 10–15 working days. Other countries vary — ask us before you order if you need a realistic window.

If tracking looks incomplete

Not every destination supports Hong Kong Post’s full Tracked & Signed product. If your country is not on that list, the parcel travels as International Signed. In that case there may be little or no movement online until the parcel is signed for at delivery.

International mail can also sit still for a few days at the air mail centre or at customs. That pause is common and does not always mean the parcel is lost.

What to do if tracking has stalled

  1. Wait a few working days if the last scan is still in Hong Kong or at an international hub.
  2. Check both Hong Kong Post and your local postal site with the same number.
  3. If the status says delivered and you do not have the box, check neighbours and your local post office first.
  4. Then email us with your order number and tracking number. We will look it up with the carrier.
