We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we’ll do our best to resolve issues fairly. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing [samurai.vintage.co@gmail.com]—after this window, we won’t be able to process returns.
FOR VINTAGE WATCHES
Every vintage piece is unique, and we take great care to photograph and describe their condition honestly.
When Returns Are Possible:
- If there’s a mechanical issue we didn’t mention / the watch have any unexpected mechanical issue during postage (e.g., the watch stops working).
- The watch is unworn, in its original packaging, with all tags still attached.
What We Can’t Accommodate:
- Returns based on personal taste (e.g., “it doesn’t match my style”).
- Damage caused after delivery (we’ll still help assess repair options).
Returning Your Watch:
- Please use a tracked, insured shipping method
- Pack it securely—we want it to arrive safely. If it’s damaged in transit, we may adjust your refund.
FOR WATCH STRAPS & ACCESSORIES
Quick Note: These items are final unless they arrive damaged. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery.
To Return:
- Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags.
- Missing package? We’ll send it back or offer store credit.
REFUND PROCESS
Our Promise:
- We’ll send 50% of your refund once we confirm your return is on its way.
- The remaining 50% will be processed after we inspect the item.
Why Partial Refunds Happen:
- If an item arrives back damaged or altered.
- Returns initiated after 7 days.
MISTAKEN ORDERS
Oops! If you ordered by accident, let us know ASAP. We’ll refund your order, but a small administrative fee will apply to cover payment processing costs.
A FRIENDLY REMINDER
- Keep your receipt/order number handy—we’ll need it to help you.
- Returns take 5–7 business days to process after we receive your item.
