About the 45 King Seiko
Manufactured in the 1970s~ King Seiko was considered as their top tier product and internal competitor of Grand Seiko. These top tier Seiko were created as the answer towards the Swiss Watch Industry and Seiko's bridge into the international market. With the ultra-accurate Chronometer rating movements that got Seiko a champion in the Swiss Chronometer Competition, a mirror-finished case with unique design and the master craftsman to build the durable timeless classic, these all add up to create the best vintage dress watch in Japan.
The wide case body pairing with long lugs and mirror-finishing has created a unique design that we can found traces of even in today's Grand Seiko.
This King Seiko 45 have an amazing case condition and well preserved gold medallion is preserved so well given its age. The dial have developed some aging on the edge of the dial.
